Hello
This is a concern raised by one of our engineers and please clarify on this
Let's say a user (with ext - 300) calls a candidate and the candidate doesn't answer the call. As soon as the user hears the voice message beep sound he transfers the call to a digital receptionist (with ext - 400).
Now the user (having ext - 300) is disconnected from the call and the digital receptionist (having ext - 400) is on the call.
As the digital receptionists are only meant for inbound calls and they function based on user inputs (for eg "Press 1 for Sales", "Press 2 for Finance", "Press 3 to Play Prompt and Exit" etc) and there is no candidate on the other side of the call who will enter in these user inputs which will tell the digital receptionist to do a certain operation and end the call?
