"use intercom when calling"

We have polycom 550 phones, I have set the option in myphone for call deskphone to "user intercom when calling".

When I make a call with myphone the desk phone rings from makecall but never picks up on the speakerphone, I am still forced to answer the "make call" before it starts the call.

Anyone seen this?

I get the same thing on our IP 650's .

The only phone it works for me on is a Yealink T-38 that I bought to test out. I think its a compatibility thing between 3cx and Polycom. Since the Polycom phones aren't "Officially" supported by 3cx, little features like this don't work the same as they do with a Phone that is "Officially" supported.
