I can't off-hand recall the name come up before on the forum,and it's not on the 3CX Supported list, but that doesn't mean it won't work.
You may have to configure manually, or, (what I would do) contact the manufacturer, as they may be able to help you with the configuration. They may even have a template to use.
As leejor mentioned, since it's not a 3CX Supported device, we really cannot guarantee normal functionality or that it will work at all. As mentioned above, due to the fact that it is not a 3CX Supported Device I'm afraid we do not have a guide for it. Only thing I can suggest is maybe going through our forums to see if anyone else happened to post any useful information regarding this device.
Did you try reaching out to Suncomm? After all, they say, on their website, that it is compatible with 3CX. I would hope that they have done some testing to confirm this, and may be able to offer some assistance.
