Use unsupported phones

Hi,

We are about to buy 6 Cisco 8841 IP phones. I see that they are unsupported on 3CX. We also looked at the Yealink but we are not sure about them.

We would like to go thru with the Cisco. What features will we be missing by using unsupported phones? The server is local and phones do not need to connect remotely.

We just did't like the look of the UI. But we could give it a try. Is the T46G fully compatible? In the list I see only T46 and T46S....

I think we can live with the design of the T4X even.... Specifically the T46G. Is it fully compatible?

I prefer the T4 because of the bigger screen. The T5 has some models with a bigger screen but then it's only a touch screen. People prefer buttons, and of course the T5X are slightly more expensive. But good to hear that the T46G is compatible. I'll buy one and test.

Anything else I should know about the T46?
