Use user name and password only of the extension

Dear ,

Kindly i want to use 3CX extension in an software but this software only accept server name , user and password so when i tried to make any calls i get this error from 3cx
; Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings
so is there any round solution to fix it ?

Just enter the 3CX authenication ID in the user field.

What software are you using, is it on the same network as the 3CX server ?

there is no ip in blacklist
