We use Twilio for our SIP Trunk. They require the n164 phone format for our caller IDs or it rejects our call outs. So, for each user, I change the caller id to the +1320 plus the number format and save. This works...For a short time, and then it reverts back to the 320 plus the number format, without the +1. This breaks our outbound call capabilities. I also noticed that it changes the outbound caller id to our primary number for every user. We want the outbound caller ID to be the user's n164 formatted phone number.
