User extension grayed out in web client

I have a client with two user extensions that are greyed out for everyone else in the business in the WebClient. I have checked both of the extensions and they are the same as every other extension.
Has anyone else had this issue?

It's simply because they are unregistered. You can hide them in Settings -> Personalize.

As above, check whether you are showing the unregistered extensions from here


Also check whether the extensions are actually registered via your management console to verify the above.
