User is not getting emails from 3cx.

We do have user that is not getting emails from 3CX, password reset or voicemail. She was able up to february, but not since then. How is fixed? Emails are not hitting out email filtering at all. So clearly is something with 3CX servers.

What happens when you go to https://your.3cx.fqdn/#/office/system/email and send yourself a test email?

others are getting emails with no issue, only one specific user has that issue.

Typically this happens when 3CX's SMTP isnt able to contact the mailbox when sending mail so it doesnt send or attempt to send for x amount of time. If you append +1 to the email address ([email protected]) and send again, does it come through?
