user made BLF keys disappeared

Have some users that their BLF keys disappeared after upgrading to V16. These where made on the phone itself, is that the problem? Would they have been ok if they where made thru the web client?

How are the phones provisioned - 3cx or manual

If 3cx the keys would have been deleted by the provisioning of the phone which happens every 24 hrs

if you have pro or enterprise license end users can program keys via 3cx client (web or windows). Keys will populated at next provisioning

If standard then keys need to be programmed within 3cx management console

they are thru 3CX. But the keys they did where thru phone only. I think that's the problem.

Any BLF keys that are programmed through the phone will disappear once the phone reprovisions and pulls the configuration file from the server. You will need to add the keys through the management console or as @Saqqara mentioned through the webclient
