Hi Everyone. Tonight we upgraded to v20.
the issue we've come across is the user password reset email that is received doesn't load a functioning page when clicked. its just pure white.
so our users cannot set their own password. Its just a white screen. I've tried different browsers, devices, and internet providers with no luck, I can use the admin interface via webclient without issue

The link is made up of our https://fqdn/#/reset?key=CfDJ8JEgnT_yaTtAnQuQSo1xDRzPkrdYOf3MQZQZ_IkJLncKDQkM9K......... but i just loads a white page. Any othertips?

I can provision their mobiles by using the one time QR code but i'm trying to set presence to allow for a generic sip phone to ring if they arent logged in but its failng too.

the devices registered prior to upgrading appear in the phones list and work as expected. but the new ones whilst they show in the phone list as green calls arent routed and i get their no voicemail is allowed message.

the reason for this method is ive got a legacyolder pbx that can register itsp trunks, i enter the itsp details as the generic phone credentials and it registers in 3cx, this phone can then normally belong to a user of a ring group. When i call comes in from a trunk on the 3cx server with particular DID it would hit the ring group, find the user with the generic sip device send the call to it, and the legacy pbx would get it and route it though its auto attendants to the final destination.

worked fine on v18, v20 im struggling.. and tired so apologies for the typos.
any tips appreciated,

Internally, on one of the PCs, if you do an NSLOOKUP on your servers FQDN, do you get the external public IP address? Or do you get the internal IP Address of the server.

Version 20 requires split-DNS to be setup for the clients to work internally.

You might be getting blocked by your firewall if it is looping back.
