Hi, one of our users' status shows as red square with a white "minus" sign inside in the Windows client:
12032
(Extension 274 is the one in question)
No other user has this status. The status does show green in the Web Client. The status shows as "Available" when I hover over it. The status shows as "Available" and "LoggedIn" when I check it in the Management Interface. The problem is that the user isn't reachable - call get's forwarded immediately. The user can make outgoing calls to internal and external numbers. The phone (Fanvil X4G) was restarted and also reprovisioned. All 3CX services were restarted. None of this helped to resolve the status and callability issue.

What can I do?

Hi @sseidel

Please ask the user to take themselves off DND with *60

Thanks a lot, that worked. What is that? We tried to change the status everywhere, but seems like the dial code is the only way to change this particular "special DND" state?

Is there any way this state can be activated by accident? Don't think the user intentionally dialed *61 to activate it.

Ok, thanks for the clarification. Yeah, maybe it was a clumsy hand. Good to know for the next time I guess :-)
