Users' Desk Phones Buttons Overridden by 3CX

When users customize their desk phone buttons (Yealink T48S), the next morning those entries are gone. It seems 3CX resets their buttons (and phone screen wallpaper) to what's set up in Extension > BLF.

Is there any way to make their own custom buttons stick?

It is is the user doing the changes, then you'd have to prevent the set from updating the configuration file it downloads from 3CX. It will overwrite otherwise. That may not be something you want to do as it can cause it's own problems. The administrator could customise the sets in the configuration file taking that task from the end user.

Alternatively, I could give users access to their extension settings through the 3CX management console, I suppose.
