Hello Everyone,

I have 6 users constantly run into this issue 4-6 times a day where they suddenly can't answer or make any phone calls regardless of headset, desktop app or web client.

They don't get any error messages, and they see the incoming call pop up but when attempting to click the answer button nothing happens and it just continues to ring until it times out.

The fix so far has been to exit out of the client and relaunch it, though that doesn't always fix the issue sadly

We're running Windows Server 2019 that is dedicated to just running 3CX on version 18.0 (Build 415)

Thank you very much!

There have been a few similar posts in recent weeks. I’ve seen it maybe every 3 months. One suggestion was it triggers on sleep/resume or changing networks which doesn’t apply to me, though I am using wireless. Similar hardware/audio drivers on these 6?

It would be worth checking the power settings for your network cards (I'm assuming the client machines are running Windows) to see if they are set to allow Windows to turn them off when not being used (this is the default setting in Windows).

Take a look at this page for instructions.

The users can restart their machine and have the issue first call unfortunately so its not even running long enough to go idle.
We've now also tried having the users remote desktop into a remoteapp server and run the 3cx desktop app and web client with the same issue happening.

Did you check for newer audio drivers?

Any luck figuring out this issue?

Hi all,
We've had a customer report similar problems to this - They tried the power settings on the NIC etc which proved useless.
One thing they identified was the use of Teredo in the 3CX application logs.

They implemented the below link, and this made the problem go away. We're currently testing this with another customer reporting the same problem.

Hopefully this proves useful!
