using CFD for user chat messages

dear, I'm using 3cx v18.
hi, there is a way to send a message to 3cx users from CFD or other system via webAPI or other technology?
I would like to send to softphone or Apps a chat message containing more detailed information about the caller passed through the queue.

I have studied the request made on DevTools Chrome but when I emulate it, i receive a 500 error.

I dont know how it is possible. I want to create an automatic sending of messages. is it possible using queue manager panel?

From the queue it will require you to monitor the calls and notify users, but it is not possible to make it automatically.

You can use 3CX WebAPI to send messages to users from CFD or another system. Make sure your WebAPI request is formulated correctly and includes all required parameters. A 500 error usually indicates a problem with the server. Check your request for errors and clarify it according to the 3CX documentation.
