Using E1/T1 PCI-express card

I've a Quad E1/T1 board installed in PCI-Express slot of my PC. Can 3cX support this E1 board to make external call to a GSM operator?

As I know 3CX does not supprt PCI boards, so no calls using it

We're supporting any PSTN-to-SIP gateways. If your card has drivers that make it PSTN gateway - it will work. Otherwise - no, we do not have direct support of any hardware.
