Using in Different Networks

Hello,

I could not see it in forums and guides. Can 3cx be used on ip phones in different networks? So can I call my friend's ip phone from my home ip phone? Does 3CX have such a configuration? Thank you very much for your answers. I wish you a healthy and happy day :)
 
If you're calling between extensions they can be anywhere, but there is some setup for STUN extensions (remote phone without an SBC).
I think you may be looking for Direct SIP?
 
You're going to have to be a bit more specific about what you are trying to do, and how you expect 3CX to be involved. By phones "in different networks", do you mean "using different providers"?

As @SteveITS said they can be anywhere and can call each other. However, depending on the location you would have to use a different configuration. For remote IP Phones there are two options SBC and STUN, from the two we highly recommend using the 3CX SBC.
