Using Keyboard Numbers for Options

Hi there,

We are using our phones in CTI mode. Is it possible to be able to use the numbers on the keyboard when being prompted at an options menu? I'm sure we used to be able to but haven't been able to recently, now I'm wondering if I'm going slightly crazy!

Hello @jfarmer90

I am afraid you can not use your keyboard when using CTI. The keypad on the client will be greyed out so you can only use the phones buttons.
The keypad is not greyed out however when using the "Make call" function. So maybe that is what you remember.
