Hi all

I've been using Microsoft 365 to send out invitations for scheduled video conferences and its been working perfectly, however I've noticed that now whenever I click the create meeting button, the browser window pops with the Microsoft URL and it just sits with an animated outlook envelope, I never actually get to the create new meeting window.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I've tried it on a couple of clients' systems too and the same problem appears.

Thanks in advance
Justin

Yes, this issue started happening a few weeks ago. I have already reported this bug to 3CX and it was sent to their dev team for internal review. I have not received an update from them as to when it will be fixed.

You can work around this issue in the mean time by modifying the URL that opens when creating meetings. If you look at the URL in the browser you'll see the beginning of it as "https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/0/deeplink/". To make the link work simply remove the /0 after calendar, so it will look like "https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/deeplink/".

We expect to include the fix in the next V18 update 8.
