Using more than one digit with digital reception

The digital reception gives you the ability to configure only one digit for caller selection.
This allow you to have only 10 input (without linking to other digital reception menu)
Question:
It’s possible to use the digital reception for automatic route the calls to specific extension by pressing more than one digit like:
“If you know the extension number, please dial it know.
For ………. Press 101
For ………. Pres 102
…………………….”

Hi

In manual it says that you can type ext number if know to while you are connected to Digital Receptionist
how ever if I enter ext 1001 or any other one I get
"An error occured in IVR session sorry"
and then I get cut off

Is there something I need to configure somewhere to enable the users to connect to the ext
instead of waitng for DR to finish message ?
