Using POST to access a client details page..

I have a customer that is using a POST function to return a client details page and they are getting this message. When using the contactURL stored by 3CX it uses a GET function and does not work. Is there anyway to change it to a POST?

Launching the contact URL is just asking the browser to show that URL in a new tab. That is always a GET request. This can't be changed.
