We have a mix of Yealink desktop phones and several DECT w52 base / W56H units. Call history displays correctly on the desktop units, but is absent on the DECT handsets. Can this be solved so that history displays on DECT phones as well? We're really only interested in incoming calls, if OB is present, that's OK.

Hi,

Can you share give a very specific example?

Base Station Model:
Base Station Firmware:

Handset Model:
Handset Firmware:

The above must be the specific handset that is paired with the base.

An Important Note: the handset model must be paired with the compatible base. If you connect one model with an incompatible base, it may work for voice calls, but the rich features like notifications and call history may not be compatible. Same goes for firmware mismatches (ie the data the base sends may not be readable by the handset, even though voice works). Yealink's datasheets have compatibility charts that go into more details on this matter.

In this installation, three different base stations, all are:
W52P - Firmware-25.81.0.30

Handsets: W56H - Firmware 61.83.0.90

All are listed as current at Yealink website.

Make sure Call History is Enabled.
WUI: Features > General Information > Save Call Log

Tested this exact scenario here and I get call history (Missed,Placed,Received).

Make sure your haven't modified any other options in the base or phone, you can reset them both back to factory and reprovision and pair again.

Also made sure Directory - Remote Phone Book - Incoming / Outgoing Call Lookup is enabled.

This matches incoming calls to the 3CX address book
