v.15.5.342.392 - Samsung A3 - correspondents do not hear

Hello,

Version 15.5.10244.4 is installed on the 3CX server.
3CX app is up to date on all of our smartphones. Many brands and models of phones work fine with the 3cx app.

But for several weeks, users of Samsung galaxy A3 2017 have a lot of problems. Sometime it works fine.
Sometimes, communications are bad. Sometimes, the correspondents do not hear anything at all...

Do other people have same problems with Samsung Galaxy A3 models? Have you solved the problem? If yes, how ?

Phone features:
-Samsung galaxy A3 2017 SM-a320fl
-Android 7.0
-Samsung version : 8.1

Hello,

I have some news. If i connect the Galaxy A3 207 to the wifi, it works fine. but If I use 4G connexion, it doesn't work... I can hear but my correspondent can't hear me. And sometimes it works (but
not often).

Any ideas ?

Are the handsets configured to use the tunnel? And you have UDP/RTP set yes? Not TLS/SRTP?
