V 15.5 On primise without internet service

Dear Team
My client is requesting for On premise installation of 3cx V15.5, without connecting it to internet. as per the installation process it required FQDN.
can this work without FQDN as well ?.
if yes, which type of license I should advice ? ie ( STD, PROF, ENTERPRISE)

Note: We are using Windows7 professional edition for this installation.

Things have changes a bit since then and you now need a constant internet connection to run the PBX. Internet connection is needed for licence checks and activation as well as certificate renewals.

During the installation you will be asked to provide an FQDN which is necessary as well as internet is needed to activate the licence and complete the installation process.
