V.20 hosted issues with international extensions

international calls stopped working

- I checked the outbound Rules (nothing change, btw was working a few days ago)
- I check the sip providers (same settings as it was, and balance is good)

it stopped working

please advise

I see there is New 20.0 Update 3 Release i did not run yet

i verify the rates on voip.ms, i change the server address

under the logs i see: "Call from [102] to [011972504102349] has been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [011972]. Reason: 011972504102349 contains Prefix 011972. Calls to 011972 are not allowed by system. Resolution: To allow this call access the Admin Console, Advanced, Allowed Country Codes and enable the country or continent that matches this prefix."

could not find it on V.20
