Hello, I did not see user activity (graph) in the V-20 version reports?

Hello @Tedo1978,

In v20, you may schedule the reports, export them from a .csv file and format them in Power BI.
There you may check the graphs you need.

In an upcoming update of Version 20 (no ETA which one and when) we will also be providing a Grafana integration which will allow you to create any type of report you need. You can go as crazy as you want with the existing 3CX data but you will be able to create your own reports, wallboards etc.

How soon will version 20 be improved? Too many things are missing and don't fit my business process at all, and in version 18 I was doing everything I needed!

Hopefully version 18 won't be shut down until version 20 is fully fleshed out, and as soon as possible.
