V 5.8 Build 1277

Is anybody else experiencing issues with the latest windows app build 1277? Users are reporting they try to pick up a queue call and it hangs up and immediately redials the last called number.

Its happening to multiple users across our group, doesn't seem to happen with PWA just the windows app.

Hi thanks for your feedback.

Could you please provide us with verbose logs whilst reproducing this issue? We cannot seem to reproduce it from our side.

Steps
Click on menu button (three dots)
Click on About
Click 12 times on the version number. This will take you to the troubleshooting page.
Enable verbose logs

Reproduce the issue and send us the logs
After reproducing go to C:\Users\{YOUR_USER}\AppData\Local\Packages\3CXDMCC.3CX_bhm4yemhnd70e\LocalCache\Local\3CXSoftphone and send us the logs.
