V10 - Call barring feature - Where is it?

Can anyone point me in the right direction for setting up call barring? This is a new feature for V10 to block international calls, but I cannot find it anywhere!

Hi,

You can manage your outbound calls from Outbound rules and you can filter international calls by number length.
