v10 spk1 - "Wait while I transfer your call"

Hi,

that audio file is listened when the caller listem the 'digital receptionist' menu and choose one option. It works fine! ok...

But when the caller dont want wait for the options he just press a valid extension number (native feature), that audio file is not played!

i suspect that it can not easily be changed. I am sure that it is build into the code of the PBX.
