V10 Will there be an Assistant ?**NO - SYSTEM TRAY CONFIRMED

We love V10, it seems to continue to build on making 3CX a better product - nice work ... but we really miss the assistant. It was nice to have a separate (non web) App that could be loaded automatically with ease and sit in the system tray to be clicked when needed. I am sure lots of people will tell me that the web based MyPhone is better (this might be so and I can see that it will enable more platforms) - but running a browser is not the same as a small neat app in the system tray. Are there any plans to produce an Windows Assistant with V10 or is the Web based MyPhone the only way forward?

I dont think there will be a 3CX Assistant style anymore, since 3CX have moved over to silverlight.

but you can still have an installed app like the assistant
just right click on the webpage and select install

I think he wanted it to be in the system tray near the clock and can be clicked when needed, without the need to keep logging in each time.

the new MyPhone is good in what it offers and its easer to manage then the 3CX Assistant even more so for remote users etc.
