V11 MyPhone Queue Tab

Hi there

Is there a way to "NOT SHOW" the Queue Tab in MyPhone to particular users ?

Our scenario: 50 User installation whereby only 10 users work in a small call center environment.

It would be great if the Queue Tab within MyPhone is only visible to the relevant users. To much information is confusing users which have nothing to do with the Queues.

i support this,
every time on installation i must pass over that queue tab when showing the myphone, for some users less is better. it will be great if we can disable that option for particular extension in 3cx management console, or if the extension is a member of at least one queue than show up queue in myphone

Yes you go to the extension in the 3cx management console-->other tab-->3cxmyphone opotions-->checkdo not show this extension in 3cx myphone.

though I do not know a way to only show certain extensions to specific user groups.
