Where do I find the desktop components for V12?

Hi,

there is no desktop components for V12 as its no longer using the My Phone Application.

if you are wanting to use outlook with the Windows Softphone V8 then you will need to download the http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/3CXCRM12.exe CRM Module
