V12 new Installation IIS status is blank

I have my head spinning on this. I installed Windows 2012 server, ran updates, nothing else is installed.

I installed 3CX version 12.
When I open services status under 3CX, it shows first service "IIS Web Service" status blank and there is no option to start it. I see all features of 3CX, but receives errors when try changing extension.

I uninstalled and re-installed app multiple times with same issue.
Has anyone experienced this?

have you installed server, installed IIS. rebooted. confirmed IIS is working (http://localhost) before installing 3cx?
