V12 Presence Information is missing some Extension Groups

I have a few users in our office that are missing some groups on their Presence Information Screen.
Both users are members of the group that is not shows (two different groups).

Is there anything that could be stopping a group from showing when "Publish group presence information to all company users"

Hi,

"Publish group presence information to all company users" does not override explicit settings of group membership.
Looks like those extensions are the members of those groups and group membership is defined as "Can see group members"=OFF
Please open extension configuration and check "Can see group members" settings in the groups which are not shown.
