v12 Provisioning error

Just starting to test out 3cx v12. Installed on Windows Server 2012 Standard with IIS.
After install and reboot, whenever I click on the "Phone Provisioning" under "Settings, I get an error. See attachment below.

Its also worth noting that Phone Provisioning doesn't seem to be working at all either. The system is not auto generating the Configuration files for any extensions.

What phone model did you select when you received that warning?

None. Just clicking Phone Provisioning pops up the error.

I would check under services to assure all the services are running, if so I'd then backup uninstall, and reinsall.

Hi,
First and foremost I would like you to check why the local ip interface in the attachment provided is blank.
This is the cause of the exception.

The Local IP Address SHOULD NEVER be blank/empty.
Check Log folder, Wizard.log especially or Backup and Restrore.log incase you made a restore.
