v14 Caller ID Issue

We are running v14. The caller ID on outbound calls to some carriers show 929-123-4573 it strips the +1. To the receiver, it looks like the calls are from Pakistan and some 800 numbers are blocking us from calling them because of this.

Remove the 1 on the outbound caller id. The 1 is not part of your number.
Just put 10 digits.

As Craigreilly noted, your caller ID should not contain dashes and is only 10 digits in length. In my experience, your caller ID will never show more than 10 digits.

Upgrade to v15.5 . Not saying it will fix the issue but v14 is going to be out of support soon if it isn't already.

I agree will try that and post back
