This is an FYI since there is a way arround this issue
On the Windows Soft Client when the system boots the 3CX Client is launched and all is well.
If you click the "X" in the upper right corner of the client it closes but when you click the client to re-launch it the Client does not come-up.
Went to task manager and saw that the 3CXWin8Phone.exe*32 process was not closed with the client.
Stopped the process, clicked the client icon and it now came up
If you go to settings - exit Client you do not have this issue
