V14 sp2 download

I cannot get the management console to download and install the sp2 update. I see that there is a manual download available. Does that get installed like a full refresh by backing up, uninstalling etc?

Hi,

please note that a Service Pack does not require, backup, uninstall and re-install.
Do you have valid maintenance on your license key ?
Do you have any Proxy on the system ?
