Hello,
maybe someone can help me on this ... we got the following configuration for an old Door-Opener:
Door Opener is calling 4002 (Ring Group) which contains a few "normal" Extenstions (SIP Phones) but also 2 Extensions which are only used with Mobile Phones (unregistered; Forwarding Rules --> "Send call to my Mobile Number")
Unfortunately the Mobile Phones get never called when 4002 Ring Group is dialed ... ?
Any ideas on this?
Thank you, bye from sunny Austria

Hello @Futureweb

Is there an outbound in place that matches the mobile number of the phone? Also is your extensions that are forwarding the call set to available?
Try enabling the ring my mobile simultaneously which is under the extensions forwarding rules and try again. This will register the extension and you will be able to use the forwarding rules to divert the call to different locations as well

Calls to ring group members don't normally obey the members forwarding rules. The "Ring my Mobile" suggestion should work for you.

I missed the ring group part. Thank you Leejor. Yes forwarding rules do not apply when an extension is in a ring group so enable the ring my mobile option and make sure your extension is available

Glad to hear this worked for you :)
