v15.5 SMTP Server - Softphone config file

My 3cx maintenance has expired and I no longer have access to the SMTP server, how can you manually generate an extention's config file for the softphone? I can generate a config file, using one from another extension as a template, but I cannot find the extension GUID....

I am not aware of a way to manually generate the config file for a client so i would recommend renewing your maintenance so you have access to all 3CX features. For iOS and Android devices you can use the QR code to provision the phones. You can also use PnP to provision 3CX clients.

I can no longer use my on premise SMTP server after upgrading to v15.5, we have a standard perpetual license but the drop down is greyed out now.
