Hello
So, I will not argue over weither V16 is good or not.
Right now, I have a working system that needs to be deployed next week. It has a bunch of custom template for phones, specific trunk settings for a Mediant 500 SBC and a bunch of other things that are proved to be working right now with V15.5SP6 on Debian.

Now, my bug is, I need to change the internal IP address. So my easy solution is (was) to make a backup, reinstall, reload the backup. But when installing 3CX now on Debian, it's installing V16.
I know I will be migrating to V16 soon, but right now, I need to simply change the IP, so I can deliver that system as it was designed.

What would be my options? I'm searching everywhere here if I'd happen to have a Windows installer of 15.5SP6, or a way to install manually on Debian.
Or a trick to change the internal IP address...?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Thank you. I did download that file earlier, but did not install. I did not realize that SP6 WAS actually bundled in that file. as they are usually named : 3CXPhoneSystem155sp1.exe, 3CXPhoneSystem155sp2.exe and so on, so I was searching for a 3CXPhoneSystem155sp6.exe thinking the 3CXPhoneSystem155.exe was the first 15.5 relase without the service packs... Anyway, way to complicated reply from my part ;) Cheers

Also, you don't need to reinstall to change the internal IP address anymore.

@cobaltit What's the process to change the internal IP address? It's a bit late for that installation, but would like to know for next time.

Thank you!

Hello @MathieuDube

Just change the local IP of the machine. Once you do you will get a warning on the dashboard. Just click on it and will make the change and request for a service restart.

To install a specific version in Debian just use apt-get install 3cxpbx=15.5.15502.6
