I have a 3cx on a site and I have been trying to add a grandstream 2130. The 3cx just won’t see the device.
The site currently has 4 of the same model working fine.
Site was installed on v14 and I have upgraded them to v15 not that long ago.
Phone has been tested on a v14 site and shows up in 3cx fine.
I have tried setting manual provisioning on the phone pointing to the 3cx and it’s a no go.
I can see the phone in modems arp table and can access the web interface using ip address, both phone and 3cx are on same switch.
I have tempted both the 3cx and GP2130 with bacon and they still refuse to talk with each other…Yep
Any ideas or heard of anything similar?
