[V15] Ring Group Name in Caller ID

I have ring group routing on inbound calls set up. So if someone calls it displays
Sales:Sales:NAME
But because of the character limitations the NAME is cut off.

Where can i adjust the caller ID parameters so just the Originating Caller ID is shown and not the GROUPS.

I am using 3CX Pro V15

Hello @belikecopper

Please navigate to Contacts/ Options and select do not add under "Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID".
Let us know if that resolves your issue
