Hello
I upgraded to v15 server.
We also bought 10 Yealink phones (T21-E2).

I plugged those new phones in network. 3cx detected those phone and added them as new extension.
(by clicking on "add ext" under phone section.

It restarts phone. Phone gets connected to server for around 25 seconds and then automatically restarts by it self.
and it happens again and again.
I do not understand why it is restarting.
This happens only when provisioning has been set. If i make factory reset, phone stays on.
But as soon as i provision it from 3cx it keeps restarting.

This happens in all my new T21-E2 phones. Firmware is new (52.80.0.130)
Please help me to resolve this.

following is one extension log:

One more thing:
Even if i do factory reset, phone keeps restarting.

If i remove network cable from phone then only it stays on.
I remember that i have once removed Ext assigned to this mac.

Is it possible that 3cx is keep sending delete provision command to that mac address continuously ?

Issue is confirmed !

If we delete any extension which is setup with Yealink (T21-E2), no matter what you do that phone will always keep restarting.
Even if you factory reset the phone, it will still keep restarting.

Why? because once ext deleted from 3cx, it sends clear provisioning commands to that MAC.
Bug: 3cx keep sending this command to all MAC address which are deleted from 3cx as ext.

I tried with one more total new phone which was never setup in 3cx. I provisioned it and it is never restarting.
Because Ext (or that new mac) has never been deleted from 3cx.

As soon as i deleted ext of that mac from 3cx, that phone started with same issue.
3cx pls help urgently. We are not able to use our 8 phones (since we deleted 8 ext)

Hi sanketgroup,

We try to reproduce your issue and we can not .
3CX never sends "delete provision command to the phone" because we don't have that type of functionality.
The SIP NOTIFY which is sent in the description is just a notify to the client that subscription to MWI service (Voice Mail) is expired and terminated.
Please open a support ticket so we can help you solve this issue.

I went to phone's webpage and deleted auto provisioning link.
Then phone never restarted and works well.

I have to manually set each of those IP phone. And never had issue.
If i enter auto-provisioning link to 3cx then phone keeps restarting.

Also as i tested, new phone with same ext also works well (since MAC is totally new for 3cx).

I think only 3cx partners can open support ticket, right? I donot have logins.

Hello @Francesco Doni,

I tried auto provisioning a Yealink T48S on my PBX and now after several minutes have passed, the phone is still registered and works fine.
So i assume the problem is located somewhere in your network. Are you sure that you have configured your forwarding rules correctly, that there is nothing that can cause port blocking and also have you disable SIP ALG? Do you have any other phones that operate or not with the auto provision method?
Though there is a highly chance that the problem is at network level or it's a configuration issue, this is always an assumption.
In order to locate and solve the problem we will need support information, that can be extracted from Dashboard>>Generate Support Info after you have set your logging level to Verbose (Dashboard>>Activity Log>>Settings) as well as and a capture too.

Do you have the ability to open a ticket in our ticketing support system?

Thank you

I recently had a similar situation with some random Yealink T23G's on a new installation replacing an older Cisco system and reusing old cable. It ended up being a cable issue. The power would drop enough to drop the Ethernet connection but not reboot the phone. It would show as unregistered and then registered in the log. We put them on power supplies and the issue stopped.

I saw this when I took a 10 mile walk. It was my Android extension that was registering and unregistering as I walked by various WiFi hotspots.

All my phone have external power supply, I don't use POE, so I think is not a power problem. Also phones and 3CX are on the same VLAN.

The strange is that ff I deconfigure autoprovisioning, phone works correctly

Hello @Francesco Doni,

Then the only way to assist you is by providing us with support info files and capture.

Do you have the ability to open a ticket in our ticketing support system?

Thank you

I don't know how open a case ... I will try to find the way ..

Hello @Francesco Doni,

Send me a p.m. with your support info and a capture

Thank you
