V16 concerns

Just had issue with Web Client losing audio on both ends, Had to install hot fix update.
All is well on that front.
Questions: Have Yealink T41P phones been deprecated? I cannot see the template in v16 anymore, and all my T41P phoes show as Cyberdata Emergency phone, and unprovisioned. Any worksarounds ??
Thx in advance.. 2 ea V16 hosted server with 128 lcalls each licenses.

Also, seems like "active calls" view is no longer sorting older to newer.. its kind of random

T41P are now end of life but if you scroll down in the template to legacy you should see a t41 template there.

Actually you want to scroll down farther past 'Legacy' to 'End of Life'. The T41P is just listed as T41.

update the phone firmware to 3cx recommended version should help provisioning
