Solved v16 not honoring out of office hours

I recently upgraded a client to v16 which of course killed their CFD, so I setup everything manually since it was not doing anything complicated. Though it will not honor their out of office settings. I have tried the global hours, specific for this trunk settings and still not going to out of office. What could be breaking this?

Have you restarted the services ?

Dial *64, which puts the system into normal system hours

In addition to what @Saqqara mentioned you also need to clarify whether it NEVER honors the hours or it's just off. If the machine time is off or sometimes with things like daylight savings folks think the office hours isn't working when it is working just not at the time they expect.

Someone must of used the dial code to set in office hours, as using the dial code to global fixed it.
