v16 not showing under Updates

Hi,
We have a 3cx v 15.5.15502 with a running Maintenance on a Windows 2008R2.
The v16 Update is not showing under Updates. What could be the reason?

Hi @icsl

As @Saqqara above mentioned, Windows upates of major versions must be done manually via backup and restore.

Also note the supported OS for V16 https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/ before you proceed
