v16 not working -> forward to external number from ringgroup

Hi,

I just updated a PBX to version 16 and now I cannot seem to transfer to external numbers from a ringgroup anymore.
This worked perfectly on 15.5.

What I do, callers call to a digital receptionist and choose option 3. Option 3 goes to ringgroup 761. Ringgroup 761 has one member that is a "virtual" extension that is not registered.
The Destination if no answer is set to forward to an external number.

Again, this worked perfectly in v15.5 and nothing has changed, just updated to v16.
What has changed?

Surely because it's a system extension (RG 761) who initiate the external call, so check your outbound rule
