v16, SPA5XX and SBC

Just checking to see if anyone is running this combination with any success. A long time customer of ours using 3CX and our trunking switched IT providers a while back and the new provider put in a Sonicwall and things have been problematic ever since. Starting with the fact that they swapped the firewalls without notifying us (customer called to report phone issues) we haven't been able to get them to make the necessary changes to the Sonicwall to make the firewall checker pass. I'm tired of fighting them on the issue and I want to just move them from on-premise to the cloud but they still have a number of SPA5XX phones, hence the forum topic. I realize I can try to get the IT provider to setup a VPN for me but I really just want to remove them from the equation. So is anyone running SPA3XX or SPA5XX phones via SBC that cares to share their experience?
