V16 U7 : Status bubble not updating on Chat view

Hi guys,

This might be a bug, I know it's beta but still, I've noticed that a lot of times (7/10), when I hangup the phone or someone bridged to my system makes a call, the color bubble doesn't update. I need to go to People and then back to Chat for it to be updated. It is however updated in real-time in the People view.

Do you still have such an issue with the final .1078 release?

How about if you use an incognito chrome window?

Yes the bug still occurs in the final build.

I will test with incognito!

I have the same bug in the final U7 and it happens also in incognito mode.
It's happening only to us?

Indeed the issue appears in Incognito too. The mobile app doesn't seem to be affected.

We are planning to improve this in a future release.

For now the page needs to be refreshed to show update the bubbles while in the chat tab.

I think that it should considered more a fix than an improvement, given the fact that it was working in the previous release and the users have started complaining about the loosed feature!
