I solved my problem by updated Debian packages. Later I realized that it is a wrong category here.. Sorry.

the problem appear again, I opened a new post for it.

Is the 3CX Chrome App supposed to pop up chat notifications when a new chat is sent or replied to? (If not, will it in the future?)

In our upcoming release of Chrome Extension, we will show a counter of unread chat conversations on the bottom bar and blink the window in case that is minimized.

The user by clicking on chat alerts it will be redirected to WebClient - Chat conversations.

Chrome Extension is fantastic! While working a new call will popup and I can answer this call with my headset. But after not closing the chrome extension popup (which happens all the time) the popup will hide behind another application and when a new call comes in it will not popup. How can we solve this?
It would be perfect if the Chrome Extension popup would popup to the foreground whenever a new call comes in, even when it's not closed but active in the background.

Thank you for your feedback @Telecomlijn ,

Unfortunately this is not something handled by the Chrome Extension. This is how the OS handles the focus request when binary applications like Office for example has the focus. When you are focused on browser, you will see the window get focused even in case that is minimized.

We are in process of examining further this one and we will come back :)

I would love to see 'Company' displayed on the web client extension, just like it was on the Web Client toaster popup.

@Nick Galea thank you for the information about Jabra, I think that all Jabra Partners need to send Jabra an email expressing their disappointment that Jabra are not working with 3CX on improving the Jabra chrome extensions...Would seem they(jabra) are forgetting about the partners/resellers and more importantly customers who have been supporting them over the years.

Below is a snippet of the email I have sent to our Jabra AU BDM,

One of the other main reasons for our decision to recommend Jabra was its support for 3CX and at the time Jabra's support for its partners/resellers.
3CX has come a long way from over 3 years ago, with the introduction of the WebClient and the Chrome Browser extension WebRTC. Although Jabra still seems to interact and work with 3CX Softphone via Jabra Direct, we still have not been able to get our Pro 930 to interact with the 3CX Browser Extension…and we are not the only partners that are having this issue.

So as I partner I feel that Jabra are no longer looking at keeping their small to medium size partners/resellers. It maybe time for us to start reviewing our partnerships with Jabra.

Thank you and I hope you can relay this message to the relevant management.
